Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sweat & Milk pieces. If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
We are migrating to a different return portal.
For orders placed before May 29, 2026, to initiate a return or exchange, please visit returns portal.
For Orders placed after May 29. 2026, please visit Happy Returns to start a return or exchange.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on at time of purchase tdhat will cover the cost of shipping labels for any return, exchange, or store credit.
If you opted in to Checkout Plus, a shipping label that is paid for will be provided for you through the return portal.
If you did not opt in to Checkout Plus at checkout, shipping label will also be provided for you, but you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Please submit your return directly through Seel’s Resolution Center:

Standard Return Policy (US Orders)
- You have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
- Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days. Returned items shipped after 7 days may be eligible for store credit only.
- “Started” returns not shipped within 30 days automatically expire.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed
- Free of stains, deodorant, odors, and pet hair
- With all tags attached
- In the original Sweat & Milk zip bag
Not Eligible for Returns
- Underwear (except bras)
- Socks
- Final Sale items
Sale Items
- Sale items (from the Sale section/We Made Too Much) → refund to store credit only
- If an item is marked as "Final Sale" in the Description, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
When We May Decline a Refund
Returns may be refused if:
- Items arrive used, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items are missing original packaging/tags
- Items are late returns
- Items never arrive at our warehouse
- Items marked Final Sale or promotional gifts
How to Return or Exchange (US Orders)
Start here:

- Enter order or tracking number
- Choose item(s)
- Select refund, store credit, or exchange
- Print label
- Ship within 7 days
Processing Time
- Allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank
Exchanges
- Free exchanges for U.S. customers
- Exchanges are for same item, different size
- To swap colors or styles → choose store credit and repurchase
International Returns (Including Canada)
- Customer pays all return shipping
- No exchanges for international orders
- Contact us before returning anything internationally

Return Fees
For customers that opted-in of Checkout+, there won't be any fees. Returns and exchanges are all covered.
For customers that opted-out of Checkout+
- Refund to original payment → shipping label cost deducted per order
- Refund to store credit → no fee
- Exchange → no fee
- International customers → pay their own shipping

- First Class: $15 (excludes duties)

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are paid by the customer.
Order Processing Times
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed after 11 AM PST Fridays ship Monday
- Expedited/Overnight orders placed before 1 PM PST ship same day
- Holidays may extend processing
Delivery Estimates
- Standard US: 6–10 business days
- APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska → may take longer
Carrier delays are outside our control.

- Tracking email sent once shipped
- Tracking also available in your Sweat & Milk account
- Tracking may take 24 hours to update
About Your Order
Change Your Order
If you need to adjust size/style/color:
- Contact us ASAP via Live Chat or email use at hello@sweatandmilk.com before your order ships
- Once shipped, changes are not possible, but you may return after delivery
Cancel Your Order
- Contact us via Live Chat during business hours
- If shipped, it cannot be canceled
Update Your Address
- Possible only if your order has not shipped
- Contact us ASAP via Live Chat or email us at hello@sweatandmilk.com during business hours Monday through Friday
Missing or Partial Orders
- We sometimes ship in multiple packages
- If an item becomes unavailable, you’ll be refunded automatically
- Pre-orders may ship separately
Pre-Orders
- If your order contains both in-stock + pre-order items, in-stock items ship first
- Pre-orders ship once available
- You may cancel before it ships by contacting us
Prices, Sales & Promo Codes
Promo Code Rules
- One promo code per order
- Usually applies to full-price items only unless specified
- Cannot apply to gift cards
- Cannot be stacked unless specified. There is a sitewide price strikethrough during special sale season, no promo code will be valid
- Terms may change anytime
If Your Code Doesn’t Work
- Check expiration, spelling, and eligibility
- Codes cannot be combined
Forgot to Apply a Code?
If still eligible:

- We can refund the difference or issue store credit
Price Adjustments
- If an item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase
- One adjustment per item

Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
